Alex "Lex" Joseph Jr., CEO — Lex brings over 25 years of experience to the firm. After graduating from SUNY Brockport Lex began his career in the financial services field in the home office of a traditional insurance company. After that, he joined his family's firm, Alex S. Joseph Associates, where he now serves as the Vice President and Brokerage Manager. Lex was astute enough 20 years ago to recognize that the company retirement plan marketplace was going to be a growing field, and founded Omega Inc., a third party retirement plan administrator that has become a leader in its field in Upstate New York.

Dave Mullen, President & Chief Compliance Officer — Dave brings a wide variety of experience to the firm. Following his graduation from SUNY Fredonia, he ran the instrumental and orchestral music programs at Hamilton Central School. In 1984 he switched careers to become an agent with Connecticut Mutual Life, which at that point was taking a stab at the burgeoning field of financial planning. After winning awards in his personal practice and doing some supervisory work, Dave left for the independent broker dealer world. He brings over 10 years of supervisory experience in almost all aspects of the broker dealer planning firm.

Stephanie Urban, Operations Manager — Stephanie has been involved in the operations side of broker dealers for close to 20 years. Starting at a major insurance company, she then worked at one of the larger independent broker dealers in the country. Stephanie has been with Hazard & Siegel since the very first day of the current ownership and management.
