Our History
Hazard & Siegel can safely and proudly call itself the oldest independent
broker/dealer in Central New York. It has its roots in the 1960's as Graceffo
and Siegel, and then became Hazard & Siegel in the 1970's. Founder Constance
Hazard Siegel enjoys "registered representative emeritus" status with the firm.
Throughout its history, our firm has maintained the highest standards for both
its clients and its independent registered representatives. Present owner Alex
"Lex" Joseph, along with President Dave Mullen bring over 50 years of experience
working with clients and brokers to continue the fine traditions begun by Mrs.
Siegel. Our firm is building on its foundation as a group of investment professionals,
while moving into the future by helping our clients achieve their financial
goals.
